After 18 years as a teacher (all in the same Long Island district), I’ve mastered the art of balancing chaos with calm. Starting my own VA business had been a dream for years, and when I was excessed from my teaching position in 2025, it lit the fire I needed to finally go all in.
Now, I get to pour my love for organization, connection, and clear communication into supporting inspiring women who are building bold, beautiful businesses — and I couldn’t love it more.

I was born and raised on Long Island, NY — and yep, I still live here.
I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me on the sidelines cheering them on.
I’m married to my best friend, and our golden doodle completes the crew (and occasionally drives us a little crazy).
Self-care is non-negotiable around here: weekly blowouts, fresh nails, meaningful conversations with friends, and travel are a few of my favorite ways to recharge.
I’ve lived with autoimmune arthritis since I was 15 and had a hip replacement at 39. For three years, I hobbled around, too scared — and too “young” — to take the leap. That surgery changed my life. It taught me that leaning into fear and discomfort often leads to the most beautiful growth.
